Job Description
*Depending on experience Duties: Responsible for helping to implement and maintain compliance and privacy program in line with international laws, regulations and industry standards. This individual will also help draft policies and provide day to day compliance and privacy support to ex-North American employees. Provide day to day compliance and privacy support to international markets Draft and update policies for international markets Prepare detailed reports for management on compliance status and issues that arise. Works closely with Global Compliance and Privacy team to ensure compliant, flexible and consistent support is provided to international markets. Skills: Familiarity with relevant European laws and regulations. Experience with Policy drafting. ABAC and third party risk management experience. GDPR or other relevant privacy experience. Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills. Ability to uncover insights and summarize results in a clear and concise manner Ability to work effectively across functions as a team player High level of integrity with the ability to maintain the protection of proprietary and confidential information. Education: Bachelor’s degree Targeting 5 years of experience in compliance within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
