Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you would play a pivotal role in identifying, screening and hiring top-tier talent. You will act as a consultative and strategic partner to HRBP's and Hiring Managers, always putting candidate experience and quality of hire at the heart of everything you do.
Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on recruitment strategies and ensure timely and effective hiring processes
? Lead all facets of recruiting efforts, from job kickoff, sourcing/screening, and scheduling, through to offer and closing, all while maintaining commitment to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
? Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
? Builds deep understanding of talent needs and business acumen for assigned functional areas
? Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and activities
? Promotes a diverse candidate slate and works with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to identify and engage diverse candidates
? Serves as an example of company values and ethics, both inside the company as well as externally with vendors, online, and at industry or business-oriented events
? Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Skills:
? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full life cycle staffing/recruitment in a medium to high volume corporate environment
? Demonstrated track record of filling direct-hire/permanent roles within the Pharma/Biotech space (open to agency candidate if they meet this requirement)
? Exceptional verbal and written communication, and experience handling confidential information (English required)
? Strong consultative approach with the ability to demonstrate positive relationship-building with various stakeholders (Candidates, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners)
? Experience researching, developing, and implementing new candidate sourcing and search methods
? Proven mastery of technical tools and exceptional record-keeping practices
