Job Description


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop/revise and deliver an IT Strategy and Roadmap to anticipate and meet Business Needs within the G&A functions
  • Manage team performance (including outsourced vendors)
  • Manage Customer Satisfaction
  • Manage cost center (budget and financials)
  • Perform Business Partner role and responsibilities for G&A with emphasis on HR processes
     
Education and Experience
  • 15+ years of IT experience, majority of which should be in Pharma
  • Mix of in-house and consulting leadership experience
  • BS or BA, with some type of degree in science and/or computer-related subject
  • Hands on experience in a business analyst or similar role
  • Hands on experience delivering IT solutions built on the SAP application suite

 

 

Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven track record as an IT business partner and leader with a collaborative leadership style
  • Pharma + SAP background (must have deep understanding of Finance, Procurement and HR environments for a similarly sized - $2B company)
  • Proven track record delivering SuccessFactors HR functionality and integrations
  • Experience delivering SAP S4 Finance and SAP S4 and Ariba Procurement functionality
  • Experience managing outsourced operations
