Associate Product Manager, Global Brand
Job Description
Target PR Range: 37-47/hr

Summary:
Join Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM), a global leader in advancing care for surgical and critically ill patients. In our APM business unit, we are offering a unique opportunity for an entry-level marketer passionate about brand management. You will play a pivotal role in executing global marketing campaigns, developing materials, and planning promotional activities. Your focus will be on supporting the promotional needs of our advanced hemodynamic monitoring portfolio. By keeping clinicians and patients at the forefront, you will bring our strategies, communications, and experiences to life in ways that resonate globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute compelling brand and digital campaigns that align with our business objectives
- Support development of marketing messages based on regional strategies
- Efficiently lead and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and consistent updates to stakeholders.
- Manage the production, scheduling, and approval process for various communication mediums such as print and digital brochures, advertisements, event content, webpages, sales tools, digital campaign assets, and clinical materials.
- Facilitate production-level communication with external vendor/agency contacts, providing updates or creative feedback as needed.
- Ensure all materials comply with legal and regulatory standards. Implement and direct changes according to corporate brand guidelines, BU style guides, and regional ethics guidelines (e.g., EucoMed, AdvaMed).
- Proofread and edit materials, ensuring alignment with corporate identity, brand strategy, marketing guidelines, and trademark requirements.
- Handle incidental duties, including sourcing and managing digital assets, conducting research, undertaking special projects, and performing assigned brand-related tasks.
Additional Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and adaptability to new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solution-focused mindset with robust problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative abilities.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and experience in print and multimedia production preferred.
- Eagerness to learn about procedures and products through available resources.
- Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and within cross-functional team environments, building productive internal/external relationships.
- Commitment to adhering to all company rules and requirements, including pandemic protocols and environmental health & safety rules, while taking measures to prevent injuries and environmental pollution.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
- 1-2 years of experience required
