· When reviewing resumes, what stands out to you when looking for the right applicants? Proficiency in CE (capillary electrophoresis) and LC (liquid chromatography) based analysis, including execution, data analysis, data interpretation, and troubleshooting. (CE-SDS, CEX, SEC, HIC) (Waters Acquity UHPLC) (Instruments: Waters Acquity UHPLC, Maurice, Beckman 800 plus, Agilent UPLCs) (Software: Empower) ***Preferred experiences on these above methods***

· What is your minimum education and work experience requirements you think it suitable for this role? Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of scientific experience OR master’s degree and 1 year of scientific experience. Bachelor or master in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biophysics or closely related field is preferred.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of Scientific experience OR
Master’s degree and 1 year of Scientific experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biophysics or closely related field
2+ years of experience in industrial analytical laboratories supporting analysis and characterization of protein therapeutics
Advanced technical expertise in analytical methodologies used to characterize protein therapeutics including CE-SDS, cIEF/icIEF, IEX, HIC, SEC, RP and HILIC
Experience with CE and LC instruments handling and troubleshooting
Experience with CE and LC operation and data analysis software
Previous experience in mass spectrometry (MS) will be a plus
Hands on experience with method qualification and transfer
Working knowledge of data processing and analysis tools in Excel and other statistical software
Ability to work in a matrix team environment and collaborate effectively
Ability to independently prioritize, manage and schedule multiple tasks in order to meet deliverables
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with electronic lab notebook (ELN)

Pay ranges between $25-30/hr
