Job Description


  1. PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION
Resistance is strong among people facing changes and deployment of new technological Solutions to support existing of new Business process in terms of Communication and Collaboration in a fast-growing company.


The C&C Solution Adoptions Manager (BIS) is responsible for the User adoptions program, training program, and initiatives related to all the Systems in scope of BIS C&C used by that enable communication and collaboration (C&C)

  • This position reports to the Global Collaboration Lead (BIS)
  1. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Main duties involve:
 
  • Lead User adoption Program
    • Define UA program – Planning Execution, and verification. Including training & documentation)
    • Coach the C&C Team on proper User Adoption practices.
  • Develop employee Training Program to increase User Adoption/Dexterity for solution in place an in use and for new ones (Effective teaching).
    • Including Onboard training for new hires
    • Create attractive training materials, including recorded training videos.
    • Establish champions when relevant and/or necessary.
  • In partnership with the C&C Leads, Ops Manager & Partners:
    • Maintain and further develop Solution Hub C&C platform (Internal Knowledgebase) resources.
    • Co-own the user adoption program associated to the respective applications.
  • Provide guidance/training on design and content integration for our Intranet site:
    • To content owner community in Llama Town
    • For C&C content in Solution Hub
    • Deliver and maintain Solution Hub content for all C&C applications.
    • Review and provide guidance for C&C communications.
  • Suggest technical innovations in the Communication and Collaboration field to improve and enhance Communication and Collaboration User adoption and trainings.
  • Stay up to date on new features and update Program/Material accordingly. Also, new training techniques and best practices.
  • Coordinate directly with all the user community for day-to-day operations. This includes user trainings if required.
  • Ensure that trainings, guidance, policies, procedures, and security rules are in use and in place for Collaboration and Communications solutions.
  1. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • SME on User Adoption and Training on tools/applications and processes.
  • Excellent training, communication skills (verbal and written) - Ability to adapt style and message to different audience, Commercial Business, Management, and IT technical.
  • Highly organized, assertive, adaptive, delivery-oriented yet empathetic personality who can navigate within teams of people at all levels of an organization: from the C-level executive requiring a high-level view on the business and the planning up to the hard-working employee who needs to get the job done daily.
  • Creative and well organized in your tasks - can show leadership and work autonomously.
  • Very good Functional and Technical Experience in Information technology systems supporting Collaboration and Communication.  Specifically, M365 Productivity Tools (LMS, TEAMS, SharePoint, Planner, OneNote, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.), Sharegate, Zoom, Everbridge, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Monday, etc.
  • Expertise in IT management and ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Preventative maintenance)
  • Knowledge of Pharma/Biotech industry a plus
  • Excellent team player and customer oriented, solution driven and focused on execution.
  1. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer science or engineering degree.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in User Adoption, including Training and documentation.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT, IT Information Management, etc.
  • At least 2+ years of Expert level Microsoft 365 productivity Tool knowledge.
  • Experience in working within an international context including working with external vendors across the globe.
  • Experience in IT services and support (customer care oriented, Problem solving oriented).
  • Audit and compliance experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry or eager to learn.
