Project title: human snRNAseq brain data analysis - Hyman lab

Project Objective (external):
  • has access to large snRNAseq data sets of the human brain for Alzheimers Disease and other diseases.
  • Up to now the internal computational analysis was focused on selected cell-types. Expanding the analysis to other cell types and additional data integration will contribute to realize the full potential of this data set and impact future target identification.

  • The objective of this project is three-fold:

  • Expand the analysis to other cell types.
  • Support additional analysis and integration within and across data sets and cell types.
  • Accelerate the preparation for publications by creating visualization, tables, and data for upload to repositories and long-term storage.

Main deliverables:
  • Work closely with a Computational Biologist to process, analyze and integrate large human snRNAseq data sets and perform follow-up analysis.
  • Support of preparation of publication, i.e., by creating create visualizations, tables.
  • Support formatting data and results for publication and long-term storage.
Pay Range: 30-40/hr
Salary will be commensurate with experience
