Change Management Specialist (REMOTE)

Job Description
Creation and execution of organizational change management plans on all assigned projects which includes at a minimum:
o Leadership/Sponsorship Alignment: Guide and coach leaders and sponsors to establish and maintain the commitment necessary for the change program
o Stakeholder Impact: Proactively work with project teams to identify and assess stakeholders in context of change being introduced. Anticipate and manage stakeholder change readiness and resistance challenges and develop mitigation strategies
o Communications: Liaise with the Internal Communication team to develop plans and strategies to support the project. Interact with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and translate the information into change activities
o Change Assessment: Complete change assessments and create change management strategy. Work with teams to assess change impact and evaluate user readiness. Identify risks and issues related to Change Management and identify resolution/action plans.
o Support training efforts and enable the change successfully
o Identify, engage and facilitate employee change networks across sites, geographies and functions.
? Act as an “agent of change” to support the use of Change Management best practices, procedures and methodology across all projects as guided by the Senior Director, Change Management.
Education and Experience
? Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
? Minimum 3 years of Organizational Change Management or related career experience
? Experience of change management planning, development and execution particularly with Operations, Supply Chain & Distribution and Commercial Sales Teams
? Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams and third parties.
? Excellent active listening, organization and communication skills
? Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of stakeholders and audiences
? Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
? Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
? Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
? Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
? Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
? Problem solving and root cause identification skills
? Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
? Self-motivated, results-driven team player who can work independently with minimal direction
? Highly organized and detail orientated, with the ability to manage work across multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
? Change management certification or designation desired (i.e. Prosci)
? Organizational psychology/behavioral science certification or designation desired
Pay Range: 44-54/hr
Salary will be commensurate with experience
