Job Title: Project Manager – Program Liaison
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager with a background in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role as a Liaison between the Program Manager and various functional teams, as well as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO). This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the biotech/pharma industry.
Responsibilities:
Program Coordination: • Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. Team Liaison: • Act as a bridge between the Program Manager and functional teams, conveying updates, action items, and key information.
• Organize and lead regular meetings to gather status updates and address potential roadblocks. Communication with Head of Program Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Head of Program Management, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any critical issues.
• Ensure the Program Management team is informed and aligned with project objectives. Documentation and Reporting: • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing project status, risks, and upcoming milestones for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Risk Management: • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or objectives.
• Work collaboratively with teams to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Resource Allocation: • Assist in resource planning and allocation by collaborating with functional team leads.
• Ensure that teams have the necessary resources to meet project requirements. Quality Assurance: • Monitor and enforce adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
• Work with teams to address any compliance-related concerns. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, project management).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory requirements, including experience and understanding of Clinical Research and Clinical Operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Target Pay Rate Range: $50-85/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience and may exceed this range for the right individual.
