Pay Range: $35-$43/hr

General Summary:

The Clinical Supply Chain Senior Coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of administrative activities within Clinical Supply Chain. Activities typically consist of well-defined support tasks that are performed independently as well as projects of increased complexity completed under moderate limited supervision.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Coordinates with external contract manufacturing partners for the collection and review of inventory reports for materials. Prepares inventory summaries as required

· Works with senior Supply Chain and Quality staff to conduct transactions for material creation, movement and use in material management software system

· Assists with tracking and approval of supply chain supply-related documentation

· Assists with issues affecting the development of production and inventory plans

· Assists with the development and maintenance of relationships with third-party suppliers

· Assists senior Supply Chain and Finance staff tracking supply chain activities, contracts, budgets and managing costs

· Monitors investigational drug mailbox to triage questions or issues from clinical sites.

· Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Solid foundation in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Foundational understanding of basic supply chain concepts
  • Displays ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned work in a fast paced environment with limited guidance
  • Possesses strong organization skills
  • Possesses ability to manage own work load and contribute effectively in a team setting
  • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to exchange relevant information cross-functionally
  • Good experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Education and Experience:
  • · Associate's degree in relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • · Typically requires 3 years of work experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
