Target Pay Rate: 36.59-46.79**salary will be commensurate with experience 
Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content and information in support of communication and change management for enterprise-wide business transformation projects (End-to-End)

• Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging

• This role requires keen news judgment and organizational sense — deciding what content and presentations work best for a variety of internal audiences (project teams, broader organization)

• Works in close coordination with Internal Communications and Organizational Development to maximize content creation and distribution across a variety of internal channels

• He/she assists Corporate Communications with message development, writing, and editing

• Uses products such as the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite to design and produce infographics in accordance with Client's Product CI that support the brand’s messaging and priorities across product, corporate, innovation, and lifestyle communications

• Able to confidently and competently design and develop content in and for SharePoint, Staffbase, Viva Engage, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.

· Demonstrated expertise in change management, including the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to manage organizational change, engage stakeholders, and ensure smooth transitions

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree in Communications, Journalism, or an associated area (Arts & Sciences, Economics, Sociology, Psychology)

• Skilled writer and editor with a keen eye for detail and voice

• Communication skills – interpersonal and presentation

• Ability to contribute to and lead message development

• Ability to manage projects within department as well as cross-departmentally to conceive, produce and oversee production of compelling stories

• Savvy in content design programs like Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

• Social media acumen—deep understanding of social media technologies and best practices.
