Job Description:
Researches, develops, plans, designs, maintains, and implements policies and programs that enhance the organizations relations with community, the public, government, and regulatory authorities, shareholders and employees. Delivers Communication through various media. Coordinates dissemination of the organizations with new or trade media contacts, through special events, public speaking or other mean to reach defined audiences and meet specific program objectives. Responsible for preparing training classes, leading training activities, and assessing student performance.
The role will require the development and delivery of organizational change management surveys, information, training, and coaching.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Experience required in
- Change Management
- ADKAR Methodology
- Training/Teaching in a Corporate Setting
- Communications
