Job Description
Overview
Were seeking a proactive, organized individual to synthesize content, update policy guidelines, and enhance internal sites. An ideal candidate would be forward-thinking, skilled in drawing connections, and focused on clarity and consistency while streamlining messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Review foundational documents to pinpoint necessary updates, exclusions, and deletions of related content
- Conducts thorough analysis of documents and sites for inconsistencies and necessary updates.
- Identify opportunities to streamline content while ensuring key messages are preserved and easy to understand
- Collaborate with process partners to further clarify and enhance understanding of integrated touchpoints and handoffs while ensuring concise messaging
- Edit and update all related documents and internal sites, as needed, with proactive use of good grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Consult with the Sr. People Experience Partner to gather information and for content clarification
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed
- Prior experience as a content writer
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization and prioritization skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient using Google Suite (including Docs, Slides and Sheets)
- Proficient using WordPress
