Job Description

Compliance Training Specialist is responsible for the support and continuous improvement of the systems and processes used for the management of global compliance training.


POSITION SUMMARY
Compliance Training Specialist is responsible for the support and continuous improvement of the systems and processes used for the management of global compliance training.  This role supports the management of compliance training, utilizing project management and lean tools to manage small and medium sized Compliance Training projects at the site and global level.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Administration of the LMS, Docusign system and filing and archiving of training documents.
•    Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to completion.
•    Manage day to day compliance training queries. 
•    Interface with global, site and departmental SME’s to administer and assign curricula and associated training items within the Learning Management System (LMS) in accordance with defined processes 
•    Provide guidance to global, site and departmental SME’s on training systems and processes. 
•    Support vendor provided compliance related training, ensuring adherence to defined processes
•    Review and approve training programs according to approved templates
•    Create, edit and maintain training items and completions used for internal and external single use training events
•    Generate reports from LMS for compliance status, metrics, and other business requests
•    Generate and monitor metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate training assignment effectiveness.  Address and/or escalate deficiencies and issues as required.
•    Lead annual (comprehensive) curricula review 
•    Update system related procedures, work instructions and training manuals as required
•    Provide timely and accurate support for internal audits and third-party regulatory agency inspections 
•    Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to completion

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
•    Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant computer/technical/quality/scientific discipline, preferably multi-disciplinary with strong technical and quality orientation with 3-5 years relevant experience
•    3-5 years of experience in LMS Administration required.  Experience with ComplianceWire is preferred. 
•    Experience in a GxP or other regulated industry required
•    Understanding of quality systems.  Experience with Veeva and Trackwise a plus.
•    Experience in curricula and training program design required
•    Operational excellence and Process Improvements project experience. 
•    Project Management Skills
