Target Pay Rate: 30-40/hr **salary will be commensurate with experience
SUMMARY:
The ComplianceWire & LXP Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, content curricula, and assignments within ComplianceWire learning management system (LMS) the Global R&D organization’s LXP (Learning Experience Platform) in support of applicable Research and Development (R&D) functional areas. This role ensures regulatory compliance through training, manages user access and data, and supports the development and delivery of engaging and effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
· Administer the Compliance Wire LMS for mandated R&D training content including managing user accounts, groups, and permissions in support of applicable Research and Development (R&D) functional areas.
· Create, update, and maintain training content, curricula, and assignments within Compliance Wire.
· Generate reports and metrics related to compliance training, including completion rates and compliance status.
· Support users with technical issues and questions regarding Compliance Wire.
· Maintain accurate records of training activities and compliance documentation for audits.
· Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure all training programs meet regulatory requirements.
· Partner with functional leadership to reconcile training events completed after the assigned due date.
· Participate in training/learning related projects as required.
· Participating in global and local meetings.
· LXP Support:
· Support the implementation and maintenance of LXP, ensuring its smooth operation and accessibility.
· Assist in the development and delivery of engaging learning experiences using LXP features and tools.
· Help create and maintain LXP content, including courses, modules, and other learning materials.
· Provide technical support to users regarding LXP features and functionality.
· Monitor LXP usage and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
· Training and Development Support:
· Assist with the planning and execution of training programs, including both ComplianceWire and LXP-based initiatives.
· Work with training developers to ensure the quality and effectiveness of learning materials.
· Provide support for user onboarding and ongoing training needs.
· Collaborate with other team members to identify training needs and develop solutions.
Skills:
· 4+ years of quality training experience
· Basic knowledge of GxP requirements; experience in GxP-regulated work environment
· Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and experience with ComplianceWire is highly desirable.
· Experience with LXP platforms and the development of engaging learning experiences.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Education:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., education, training, technology).
· Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
· Experience with ComplianceWire & LXP Platforms
