Job Description
Position Purpose:
Position is responsible for aiding internal customers. Responsibilities include providing service and billing documentation and supporting the resolution of customer inquiries regarding parts and service for the Radiology division.
Major Tasks & Responsibilities:
Provide support function such as facilitating resolution of customer credit and/or documentation issues.
Utilize SAP and CRM Systems to professionally manage customer/field requests.
Support other functions within Field Service Operations Excellence Squad.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Associates degree in business or technical discipline with 6 months + of overall experience in areas such as credit and collections, call centers, customer relations/facing or relevant experience OR a bachelors degree in business or technical discipline with 0 years of overall experience.
This position requires a willingness to learn, excellent inter-personal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite.
Experience with SAP and Salesforce strongly preferred.
Ability to work in a demanding environment.
Work Relationships
Internal customers including Credit and Collections, Training, Svc Operation, Field Service, Field Service Operations Excellence Squad
