Job Summary: The Contract Analyst/Manager will be responsible for supporting site contracts for a pharmaceutical company. The role will involve negotiating budgets with clinical sites, liaising with CROs, and escalating negotiations as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in contract management or analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate budgets for clinical site contracts, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and parameters.
  • Work with legal team to ensure contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with CROs to manage negotiations for site contracts.
  • Review escalated negotiations as needed for contracts that fall outside of the CROs parameters or have unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical sites to handle negotiations that require escalation.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract negotiations and changes.
  • Provide support for contract management activities, including monitoring contract compliance and managing contract renewals.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure contract negotiations and management activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in contract management or analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for contract management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial analysis preferred.




Pay Rate Range: $40-$60/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience
