The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven digital marketing manager to oversee and execute their digital marketing strategies across various channels and maintain and update website as needed. The role will have a focus on patient education and serve as the ambassador for our client in patient advocacy groups. The ideal candidate will create, implement, and optimize campaigns and collateral that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with their overall marketing goals while reporting to the Director of Marketing. 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in leading successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, 
  • Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and represent our client with patient advocacy groups. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred). 

Preferred
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with WordPress and BetterDocs. 
  • Experience in B2B/B2C marketing.
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably in clinical diagnostics. 
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, paid search, and display advertising.
  • Oversee maintenance and update website.
  • Develop and supervise the content strategy for digital platforms to ensure engaging and brand-aligned communication.
  • Drive organic and paid search initiatives to optimize search engine rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure consistency across all digital channels and campaigns.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, identifying new growth opportunities and technologies
