Job Description

Designs, plans, and implements human resources programs and policies for staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety. Develops, implements and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs, such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning. Monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
