Job Description

  • Experience managing multiple small projects
  • Experience doing cost benefit analysis
  • Experience performing design change projects or/and supplier changes. Preferred MDT experience.  
  1. What is your target years of experience?  Over 5 years with Bachelors or 3 with masters (Engineering or related field)
  1. When do you plan to start interviewing?  ASAP
  1. Will you be looking to hire and start ASAP or will the start date be delayed?  ASAP   
  1. Will the contingent worker be working remotely or onsite, or hybrid (please confirm any details and possible schedule for the suppliers to share with candidates)?

Prefer local at Mound View Site or Miami Lakes Site. Open to hybrid/Remote candidates depending on skill level.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Oversees operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning project team and line management. Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Reviews status of projects and budgets and prepares status reports. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers line managers and clients.

Autonomy: Receives assignments in task and objective oriented terms.

Organizational Impact: Establishes operational plans and implements policies and strategies. Decisions impact program schedules customer satisfaction levels or allocation of time material resources expenditures and funds. May have budget or PampL accountability for a department function or geography. Strive for continuous improvement and consistency in deliverables.

Innovation and Complexity: Proposes modifications to functional operating policies and day-to-day processes. Problems and issues faced are complex difficult and undefined and require detailed information gathering analysis and investigation to understand the problem.

Communication and Influence: Communicates with internal and external customers and vendors regarding ongoing operations. Uses information exchange influence and active persuasion without direct exercise of command to gain cooperation of other parties . May interact on issues that have externally shared objectives.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes projects and tactics within one job area. Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.

Requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years relevant experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
