Job Description
*Lab experience is preferred, exposure to R&D environment, strong communication and collaboration skills
*Computer skills a plus
*Team player
Owns moderate complexity tasks, with minimal supervision. * Learning to work on multiple operations and technologies.
* General knowledge in specific discipline. * Advanced data collection and hands-on skills. * Proficient with collaboration tools/environments.
* Supports troubleshooting.
* Able to plan and execute on multiple parallel activities as provided by supervisor.
* Provide support for tracking inventory of lab supplies and maintaining lab equipment as instructed by supervisor.
* Works effectively in team environment. * Establishes relationships with immediate project team and function. * Knows who the internal customers are, and is aware of their needs and expectations.
* Communication of observations, technical findings and progress to supervisor and immediate project team. * Acknowledge communications/instructions are understood, and seeks clarification when required.
Typically requires or equivalent work experience: High School or associate degree with >2 years of experience
