Summary:

The main function of a software testing engineer is to research and test the design, functionality and maintenance of products, equipment, systems and processes and develop quality standards. A typical software test engineer has the ability to do both automate and manual testing on medical devices and web / mobile applications.

Job Responsibilities: Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs

Skills: 3+ years of work experience in software quality assurance Strong knowledge of software agile methodologies, tools processes and development cycles Expertise Tests and quality in agile method Experience in testing web application and mobile application (Android/iOS )

Good knowledge on Python and have Technical knowledge of web and mobile and applications.

Hands-on experience in automating scripts using Selenium/Appium. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases, test script Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such GitLab Experience with performance Problem solving skills Excellent time management skills

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
  • Must be intermediate or advanced level in Python.
30-35 pay rate range
**salary will be commensurate with experience**
