Job Description
The purpose of this position is to support the San Diego Facilities Site Services amp Events function. You will be partnering and interacting with other internal functional teams to provide a best-in-class customer experience. This position as primary function will be part of the Facilities Events team. You will be a liaison between internal customers vendors and team members in support of the onsite events meetings and conference rooms. We are looking for someone that is flexible motivated and passionate about providing the best customer experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Support meeting and event requirements including but not limited to modifying room setup / breakdown as required moving tables chairs etc. and identifying pre- and post meeting spaces Recommend and support meeting rooms times and coordination for teams and projects Respond to inquiries and requests from internal customers in a knowledgeable and professional manner Assist with coordination of event rentals Maintain accurate inventory of onsite event equipment Conduct meeting and conference room audits and restock supplies as necessary Create badges signage and any other supplies needed for internal and external events Evaluates daily priorities and product allocations to support customer orders and internal requests Works with local and regional management to ensure site alignment Acquires and maintains a clear understanding of the technologies utilized in Client's processes All listed tasks and responsibilities are deemed as essential functions to this position however business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities

Assist MAC Moves Adds and Changes Team with any physical moves and placing signage as necessary Provide support to other functional teams as needed Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned Print and issue meal vouchers upon request Other duties may be assigned
Preferred Educational and Experience Background
Requires High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Able to do physical labor for periods of time Able to stand walk and lift / move items up to 50lbs for long periods of time Understanding of Microsoft Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word Problem solving skills paired with ability to be proactive and foresee next steps Willingness to complete a broad range of administrative responsibilities ranging from entry to senior level Confidence to take delegated tasks and ask questions for clarification
17-22 pay rate range
**salary will be commensurate with experience**
