Job Description

Target PR Range: 57-67/hr
*Depending on experience

As a Financial Analyst you will have opportunities to do the following:
• Integrate disparate sources of information and data to generate reporting and analysis for information-based decision making
• Build complex excel models for automating the integration requirements with the ability to update monthly
• Provide support in maintaining and improving processes and controls associated with Human Resources and Finance
• Work with Business Partners in HR and Finance to develop operating expense forecasts and help to drive awareness and cost optimization for the assigned areas
• Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures, including requirements and internal controls

Qualifications
• A degree in the field of Accounting, Finance, or Economics discipline
• Highly skilled in Excel
• Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities, is a self-starter, and keen on knowing when to work independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, SAP, is preferred
