Target Pay Rate: 28.57/hr **salary will be commensurate with experience 

Job Description:

Perform the initial review of sponsorship requests with cross coverage for independent medical education grants and thoroughly assess applications to ensure the medical reviewer has the necessary information needed for the decision, either within the Medical Proficiency Acceleration Center, or when triaged to other offices who make the appropriate decisions. 40%

Accurately and efficiently process all administrative Letters of Agreement and payments in a timely manner; Establish a Point-of-Contact relationship with applicants for collecting, discussing, and evaluating all information throughout the submission, implementation, and reconciliation of such requests. 40%

Support report generation and analysis related to funded events and organizations, and the efficacy of the results of these programs. Utilize these reports to evaluate trends, suggest operational efficiencies, identify strengths or anomalies to identify potential shifts in decision strategy as necessary.20%

Skills:
  • Proven track record of working successfully with cross-functional teams, as well as collaborating with and influencing leadership. Prior industry experience or corporate giving, educational grant experience is not required, but may be preferred.
  •  Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Results driven; strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen
  • Experience in collaborating with others to bring tasks/projects to completion
  • Highly proficient in recognizing needs, prioritizing work, multi-tasking and working in fast?paced environment
  • Knowledge of the context in the changing healthcare marketplace, including depth of understanding in Quality Payment Programs and other health system measures
  • Basic knowledge of all applicable regulations and laws, including OIG, PhRMA Code, FDA/OPDP though this will be part of the training.
  • Highly skilled at building and creating practicality from innovation
  • Must be adept at relationship management, negotiating, influencing without authority
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with, and positively influence leaders across functions
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in science, management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior industry experience or corporate giving, educational grant experience is not required, but may be preferred.
