Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Delivery Partner to support the Head of Global HR Delivery in executing HR initiatives across the US. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of core people processes, employee relations, and organizational design outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Advocacy: Support the Head of Global HR Generalist Team in championing a culture of employee advocacy by addressing employee concerns and feedback promptly.
• Core People Processes: Assist in the execution of core HR processes, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Employee Listening: Implement and manage employee listening programs to gather insights and feedback, and use this data to drive continuous improvement.
• Management Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to managers to enhance their leadership capabilities and ensure they are equipped to handle HR-related matters effectively.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions, ensuring that initiatives are evidence-based and aligned with business goals.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Organizational Design: Assist in the execution and implementation of organizational design outcomes
• Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using HR analytics tools and software.
