Job Description:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Partner closes with HRBP and Recruiters to ensure compliance of all open requisitions
    • Support with pre-employment checks and the onboarding process for all new hires
    • Support with internal promotions and transfers of employees
  • Partner with benefits manager to ensure employees are enrolled in benefits and new hires have information.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure data integrity.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports as needed.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role required
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.




Target Pay Rate Range: $25-34/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience and location
