Job Description

The Community and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Specialist will develop written communications and support both the Community and DE&I teams on a variety of global projects designed to build and maintain best-in-class programs for employee giving, volunteering, diversity and inclusion programs, and additional engagement and talent retention activities.

Serve as administrative lead on Company’s global internal employee portal for volunteering and giving; ensure accurate data are collected and reported; develop internal communications and content to promote impact of the Community programs and answer employee questions.

Support the Global Community Ambassador program by managing logistics, including distribution lists, monthly meetings, internal webpages, and data collection.

Manage Sabbatical Leave Program applicant review process; draft sabbatical stories and related content to promote and raise awareness of this unique global offering.

Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by running regular reports, managing internal webpages, and performing data analysis on membership lists. Write DE&I communications such as monthly posts, flyers, and newsletters. Create monthly SharePoint sites for global cultural and heritage months.

• B.S./B.A. with minimum two years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with minimum five years of related experience.

• Excellent written communication skills, including demonstrated experience writing concise and compelling feature stories, internal webpage copy, and DE&I content.

• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to partner with colleagues from different countries, cultures and businesses.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of SharePoint and Smartsheet are a plus.

• Ability to do data analysis and devise new processes where needed.

• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.

• Self-starter and works well independently with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong project management skills with proven ability to coordinate, prioritize, and deliver multiple activities in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Pay ranges between $30-35/hr based on experience
