Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an exceptional and ambitious Marketing Leader to head up the function of a high growth medical device business, responsible for all activity in the North America market. This is a unique opportunity with excellent career progression opportunities and a broad commercial focused remit to drive revenue growth. We are seeking someone able to effectively translate strategy into actionable plans and drive results.

Essential experience: 
  • 5-10+ years experience in sales or marketing (ideally both) in a medical device organization 
  • Experience in working with broad range of customer stakeholders including MDs, nursing, respiratory and more and across multiple hospital segments / call points including ICU, ED, OR and more
  • Outstanding analytical skills, a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to engage with other senior leaders in addressing complex business issues
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills who can bridge the gap between theory and practice.
