Job Description
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Validation:
• Serve as a liaison and business partner for the Clinical Programming business function.
• Analyze business needs and validate solutions with clients, working closely with global IT teams.
• Collaborate with the business, IT colleagues, and stakeholders to support existing processes and technologies in the Clinical Programming business area.
• Identify business requirements, analyze business processes, and assess their impact on application delivery and development.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing.
Technical Management:
• Work with internal and cross-functional IT technical teams to manage tasks related to systems configuration, development, and interfaces.
• Analyze business and user needs, documenting requirements and translating them into proper system requirement specifications
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and address system-related queries.
Requirements -Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience working in a GxP environment or with GxP systems.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and validation processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with statistical computing environments and related technologies (Advantage).
Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Pay ranges between 77-81/hr based on experience
