Target Pay Rate: 80-95/hr **salary will be commensurate with experience 

Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day Operations Technology (OT) and infrastructure support (Windows, Cisco, TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, WLAN, VLANs and Citrix) for the site. Support a range of business areas including Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, Controls Automation, Facilities, and others as needed
• Contribute to designing, documenting and implementing infrastructure to meet site needs while aligning with corporate standards and industry best practices. Documentation may include SOP, Qualification document, Infrastructure diagrams, Work Instructions and Life Cycle Server documentation
• Maintain the integrity of site infrastructure, which includes performing routine preventative maintenance (patching, updates, upgrades) and ensuring appropriate security standards are followed. Communicate response for system issues including server room, Lab and IDF power outages
• Administer OT Domain Active Directory infrastructure, user access management, VM/NAS infrastructure, Lab/Manufacturing/Engineering system PCs, Maintain and monitor Citrix License Manager, Web Presentation Server, Xenn App Application servers, Citrix Farm infrastructure
• Monitor and troubleshoot daily system backups. Perform maintenance and repairs for operator workstations, label printers, and wireless devices. Keep track on equipment warranties and software licenses
• Proactively recognize potential issues or problems and establish the necessary corrective actions. Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems of increasing complexity
• Assist with the planning and execution of plant projects involving computerized infrastructure changes and process improvements
• Develop, test and maintain disaster recovery procedures
• Continuous awareness of new methodologies pertinent to information systems and ability to introduce them with limited supervisory input in a GMP compliant manner
• Adhere to all relevant site policies, procedures, work instructions and SOP’s, follow safety rules, policies and procedures
• Authoring of commissioning protocols (installation, operation, etc.)
• Own change requests and participate in all aspects of implementing changes
• Assist the Quality department with deviation/root cause investigations.
