Job Title: IT Technician

Reports To: IT Director
Position Description
Reporting to IT Director, the IT Technician is responsible for providing project management in assigned area(s) of responsibility, which includes technical support, vendor management, software/hardware installation, and maintenance.
Responsibilities include maintaining software systems; performing system problem solving; creating new user accounts; meeting with users to define business needs; performing project management; Supporting office-related technological issues like computers, networks, and printers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Performing upgrades, maintenance, and implementing system modifications.
• Supports, troubleshoots, and upgrades applicable system infrastructures.
• Work with onsite business leaders and remote IT management.
• Providing support to all users and being the main point of contact for IT-related matters.
• Provides technical end-user support, including researching user complaints, researching issues, answering technical questions, and/or assisting with application revisions.
• Creating new user accounts and deactivating user accounts.
• Monitors and maintains systems to ensure system integrity and security.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• 3+ years of end-user support in a Windows environment.
• Proficient in infrastructure, including TCP/IP, web, and cloud services.
• Ability to fulfill project tasks on time.
• New PC installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Fulfill direction from corporate IT.
• Excellent written business communications.
• Reliable transportation
