Job Description
As the Interim Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercialization and market access strategy for our revolutionary low-cost diabetes product. Your leadership and expertise will guide our efforts in reaching patients, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders to ensure the widespread adoption of our solution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will establish a comprehensive commercialization strategy that aligns with our patient-centric mission and leverages cutting-edge technology to facilitate access.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy that supports the launch and market access of our low-cost diabetes product. Collaborate with executive leadership to align commercial efforts with overall business objectives.

Patient-Centric Approach: Place a strong emphasis on patient access and affordability. Implement initiatives that ensure our diabetes product is accessible to a broad range of patients, regardless of economic barriers.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis, including patient needs assessment, competitive landscape evaluation, and identification of key trends, to inform strategic decisions and market positioning.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, patient advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, education, and endorsement of our diabetes product.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and executives to develop a clear roadmap to move from soft launch to hard launch and to address any potential challenges.

Market Access Initiatives: Develop innovative approaches to enhance patient access, including pricing strategies, reimbursement solutions, patient assistance programs, and strategic partnerships.

Metrics and Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commercialization efforts and consistently track progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
