Duties:
Main Responsibilities

The Lab IT Support Analyst will be responsible to provide steady state support for existing validated and non-validated computer-controlled instruments at the Denver location.  Some remote support for computer-controlled instruments in ARC Thousand Oaks is expected.

Steady state support includes the following lifecycle management responsibilities:
  1. Weekly IT touchpoints with business system owners, facilities and IT team members
  2. ServiceNow management of SARFs (user account management), Requests & Incidents
  3. Troubleshoot user access, security, and software issues
  4. Tech support for PCs running instrument software
  5. Workstation vulnerability patching
  6. Security scans and remediations
  7. Manage storage space/Archive data
  8. Forecast & manage workstation refreshes
  9. SW/HW/FW/OS installations and upgrades
  10. Test case creation/executions
  11. Druva storage space planning
  12. Preventative Maintenance & Calibrations oversight with Facilities
  13. Lockdown USB portswith policies
  14. TeamViewer tool install
  15. Acronis Imaging
  16. Set up Druva Backups
  17. Connect to NuGenesisfor file archiving
  18. Updating the master instrument inventory matrix
  19. Periodic Reviews: User Accounts, Backups & Audit Trail
  20. Decommissioning

  • Data Integrity

  • GDP, GMP, GLP, GCP
  • Validation of computer controlled instruments
Education:
Education and Experience •3-5 years of experience in systems security and administration for Analyst level. • 5-10 years of experience in systems security and administration for Senior Analyst level • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline preferred.
