Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized temporary worker to assist with administrative tasks for our internal learning management system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating various learning content, ensuring accurate tagging and categorization of courses, and maintaining the integrity of our employee and partner records. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Importing Learning Content: Upload and integrate courses into the internal learning management system. Ensure that all content is correctly formatted and accessible to users.
  • Manage Completion Template: Manage and update the learning completion templates. Ensure that completion data is accurately recorded and reflected in the system.
  • Tagging Courses with Skills: Assign relevant skill tags to courses within the learning management system. This involves understanding the course content and identifying appropriate skills that align with the learning objectives.
  • Adding Courses to Skill Channels: Organize and add courses to specific skill channels within the learning management system. Ensure that courses are easily accessible and appropriately categorized for users.
  • Cleanout Employees/Partners: Review and update the records of employees and partners in the learning management system. Remove outdated or inactive records to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the database.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills:

  • Accurate input and management of data

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to course correct as needed due to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Excel experience

Physical Requirements:
This position requires you to sit, stand, and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to twenty-five pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping, and reaching are also frequently required.





Pay Rate Range: $20-$30/hr depending on experience
