Job Description


We’re looking for a skilled and dynamic individual to help support the overall direction of the Learning & Development strategy and broader Talent strategy. This person will be an important part of the Learning & Development team and has accountability for execution of development strategies and programs. This role will partner closely with the Director of Learning & Development and key business partners to implement learning solutions and programs.

What will you do? (Duties)
  • Insights Administrator: Support Insights Discovery program by creating team wheels, running reports, and scheduling sessions with new hires and facilitators. Update employee insights colors on Blink on a bi-annual basis.
  • Own BOLD leadership program cohort scheduling & communications, including creating MS Teams group chats for each cohort and facilitating regular communication/reminders between participants and our external partner.
  • Provide general support to cohort and workshop enrollment as needed across L&D Programs including sending reminders, posting on Teams channels, contributing to Bi-monthly Learning Newsletter
  • Update L&D materials and templates as requested to include appropriate company branding
  • Provide on-site support (Cambridge, MA) to Life Labs facilitators for learning events. Facilitate room set up, attendance tracking, facilitator meet and greet, and other logistical components.
  • Support Mentor Program by updating materials and participating in the planning of program events.
  • Research information on external programs, as requested, and provide insight to support future L&D strategy.
  • Create PO#s as needed and enter data in our Budget tracking spreadsheet throughout the year
  • Own contracting process in Blue Review for vendors and external partners
  • Develop materials/processes to support projects within the L&D team that require training deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meet deadlines on tasks, and deliver projects on time.
  • Manage appropriate external vendors/partners and drive accountability with them towards our deadlines and needs
  • Evaluate existing programs/content for impact and alignment with organizational needs
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop recommendations to continuously improve learning experiences.
  • Plan, organize, and execute tasks and activities with a balance of thoughtfulness and urgency
  • Maintain and organize program and project documentation on MS Teams
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Administer the BetterUp coaching platform/dashboard: pull usage reports, send communications to Coaching cohorts, serve as liaison with BetterUp account representative when needed, display program data in PPT
  • Assist with Mentor program communication, matching process, event planning, and end of program survey
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning project or program management, L&D experience preferred. Preferably in a fast-paced organization with a distributed workforce
  • Experience in developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving programs/processes
  • Process owner experience
  • Demonstrated skill in implementing development programs for all audiences
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., multiple Outlook accounts, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Zoom preferred
  • Experience analyzing data in Excel preferred
  • Team player- develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Flexibility and agility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Very detail-oriented & organized; demonstrating consistent follow-through
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at task and program management
  • Self-starter with proven ability to anticipate problems and proactively resolves issues that enables one to excel in a fast-paced environment
