Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding new hires:
·Management of new hire training experience (initial contact, materials, & ongoing communication).
·Organize, coordinate, and deploy learning management system (LMS) / learner experience platform (LXP) assignments and MS Teams training sessions.
·Lead / support management of new hire training classes and materials.
·Coordinate hotel contracts / registration for New Hire Training with Senior Training Specialist and meeting planners.
Project / Budget / Vendor / Meeting Management Support:
· Support ongoing team project status meetings.
·Collaborate with team on management of project deliverables.
·Coordinate communications for all training-owned projects.
·Support process to build, analyze, and distribute surveys for key projects and meetings to internal partners.
·Support Senior Training Specialist in organization of CL&LD department budget.
·Support CL&LD team with vendor & contract management, including PO creation and coordinating with Accounts Payable for CL&LD.
·Support submission of accruals on behalf of CL&LD.
·Support management of meeting agendas, updates, and communications for training-owned meetings.
·Coordination of materials for training meetings, including printing, shipments, and on-site material distribution.
Platform and Tools Support:
·Support management of LXP including uploading content, running reports, troubleshooting, etc.
Qualification, Preferred Skills, and Contract Details:
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
·4+ years of related experience, preferred.
·Proven experience with LMS and LXP solutions.
·Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
·Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
·Strong attention to detail, organization, and administrative skills.
Preferred Skills:
·Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
·Experience with managing a budget.
·Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·Ability to work independently in a proactive manner to anticipate and solve problems.
Pay ranges between $35-40/hr based on experience
