Maintenance Operations Document Coordinator responsible for filing, scanning and archiving all the maintenance and calibration records (CRS):
• Performs a final “work order” review and files all documents in GMP Documentation room file cabinets.
• Manage all document requests for audits – we receive many requests from external and internal audits to provide copies of “work orders”.
• Manage document requests for DR investigations and CAPA reports.
• Perform PRT (Process Resource Tool) entries in SAP, made in all maintenance orders prior to closure to document the serial number and expiry date of the calibration standard used. Required for all calibrations.
• “Business Complete” all maintenance orders in SAP to ensure correct cost allocations of maintenance activities
• Scan Calibration Record sheets and attach it to its respective notification in SAP using Doc41
• Keep a tracking sheet to categorize and keep records of all work order received
• Support Standard Instrumentation Lab with storing, ordering, and discarding solutions, packaging and unpacking instruments
• Other duties and project as requested to support Instrumentation Lab
