Manager, Supply Chain - ERP

Job Description
The Manager, Supply Chain will support supply operations and logistics across products. This role involves managing and coordinating activities both within the company and with external supply partners to ensure delivery of materials and products needed to support business needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These may include but are not limited to: · Execute supply operations for assigned products/suppliers, including issuance of purchase orders and receipt of product/materials and coordination across relevant functions internally and with external parties (CMOs, warehouses) in execution of such activities
· Plan and execute shipments of materials including coordination across all relevant parties (internal and external) and execution of related ERP transactions
· Monitor serialization activities to ensure DSCSA requirements are met. Work with a cross-functional team to address serialization errors/issues
· Lead planning and execution of shipping studies (including study design, execution, protocol/report writing, etc) to validate the safe and compliant transport of temperature-sensitive materials.
· Execute inventory management for assigned products and raw materials to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages
· Manage supply chain related change controls to ensure that all changes in supply chain processes are evaluated, documented, and implemented in a controlled and compliant manner. Work with external parties (CDMOs, Service providers, etc) as well as an internal cross functional team to develop an implementation plan, identify required actions and execute per the plan
· Collect and analyze data to monitor and assess raw material usage and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory efficiency and reduce costs
· Prepare and present internal reports and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting performance and opportunities for improvement
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPOSIBILITIES: · Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and other documentation related to supply chain operations. Process document change controls as needed
· Support/drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline business processes and implement advanced tools to support Supply Chain management
· Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: · Bachelor’s degree in life science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical device environment
· Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices. Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems.
· Proven experience with change control management
· Familiarity with serialization processes, systems, and DSCSA compliance
· Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and use data to drive decision-making
· Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization
TECHNICAL, EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY
· Software Knowledge: MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, work management software (Smartsheet, Tableau) is a plus
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Physical Activities: On a continuous basis, be at a desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer the telephone and type on a computer. Some walking and lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Laboratory Activities, if applicable: Biology and chemical laboratory environments experience needed. Environmental health and safety requirements also apply.
TRAVEL:
Travel may be required up to 5% of your time.
Pay Rate Range: $45-65/hr depending on experience
