Summary

This is a great opportunity to join the Corporate Medical Affairs team at Client Lifesciences that is collaborating internally and externally in playing a key role in lowering cardiovascular mortality by advancing a new standard of care for structural heart disease patients. As a Manager, you will assist in executing evidence strategies to elevate awareness of the burden of structural heart disease and drive improved patient care through scientific dialogue. This contingent role is for 40 hours per week.

Duties Partner with stakeholders to develop and lead the execution of generation and dissemination of scientific knowledge for health care providers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the planning, development, and approval of literature searches and scientific materials
  • Design and plan internal material dissemination and scheduling of external conversations
  • Facilitate conference planning, including sessions and posters content, and conversations
  • Coordinate integrated evidence planning
  • Assist with management of societal grant and partnership engagements
  • Establish, further develop, and expand relationships with other medical affairs departments, global healthcare economics, and patient engagement among other teams
  • Incidental duties
  • Domestic travel up 10%

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, working closely with global marketing team, key opinion leaders and regional sales managers
  • Develop the ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on assigned projects
  • Substantial knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to medical affairs operations
  • Substantial knowledge of HCP policies and regulations
  • Substantial knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and AdvaMed requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 Years years experience of previously related work experience
  • Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, PharmD) preferred
  • Experience working in healthcare industry
59-69 pay rate range
**salary will be commensurate with experience**
