Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant to support our office team with day-to-day tasks.

- Prior customer service experience or office experience required
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact in Reception
- Clean and restock the office kitchen, including managing inventory of snacks, beverages, and supplies.
- Maintain professional office setting, including conference rooms, kitchen and reception
- Assist with general office upkeep, including organizing common areas and ensuring supplies are available.
- Assists in organizing office events as necessary, lunch set-ups, town halls, happy hours etc.
- Support the Manager of Workplace Experience with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, College Preferred
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
Qualifications:
