About the Position:
Our client is looking for an onsite Operation Associate to play a major role on the operations team. You will join and work closely with our dynamic, highly-innovative team working to build the next generation of cancer therapies using modern approaches in the precision medicine toolkit.

Responsibilities:
  • Procurement – Main point of contact for all lab/office vendors and responsible for all purchasing
  • Main point of contact for any onsite visitors/deliveries
  • Stocking of office and kitchen supplies
  • Coordinate and assist with company events/celebrations
  • Provide support to the lab associate
  • Backup support for anything lab related as directed by management
  • Candidate Support - Assist in scheduling interviews and being the main point of contact during interviews
  • Assist with special projects or operations needs as directed by management

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
  • Must be onsite M-F
  • 2+ years relevant operations/administrative support experience
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced and fluid environment
  • Procurement/Accounting experience a plus
  • Start-up experience a plus
  • Advanced technical skills and experience with both Macs and PCs
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Google Suites
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and to be resourceful with minimal supervision
  • Team player with positive attitude

The hiring range for this position is $35-$44/hour depending on experience and skill set
