Summary of Key Responsibilities? Troubleshoot any invoice payment issues by working closely with Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, and Procurement.? Perform daily ad hoc requests to purchase goods by processing requisitions, creating purchase orders, and placing orders with suppliers and adding new vendors.? Create and monitor open orders and assist in expediting overdue orders.? Respond to internal inquiries pertaining to placed orders or general order issues.? Interface between suppliers and internal teams to onboard new suppliers into our ordering system.? Coordinate international and domestic shipments to Contract Research Organizations by providing the necessary documentations for our Trade Compliance & Logistics Process? Coordinate information needed for international shipments including completing Tariff Request forms, customs invoices, and value determination.? Coordinate shipments with shipping vendors to ensure proper temperatures and safe arrival.? Track and monitor shipments
Qualifications? Bachelor’s Degree in a business or science related field with 0-2 years’ experience.? Experience with procurement systems a plus.? Experience with international biologic and chemical shipments a plus? Strong skills in Microsoft Office; and web-based software platforms a plus? Position requires excellent time management and organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and a high attention to detail? On-site position in our Cambridge offices
Target pay: 26-31/hr *varies on experience
