Job Description


Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • BS Accounting Degree - required (do not submit candidates without an accounting degree)
    • General Ledger - 1 year required
    • Account Reconciliations - 1 year required
    • Journal entries - 1 year required
  • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time using UKG HRIS on a Biweekly cadence.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy for both exempt and non exempt employees
  • Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.
  • Generate payroll reports as needed for management and regulatory purposes including but not limited to; benefit deductions, 401k, HSA/FSA.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.





Pay Rate Range: $20-26/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience
