We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Sports Medicine team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, negotiating, and overseeing contracts related to the company’s Sports Med products. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all contractual agreements are aligned with regulatory and legal standards, while supporting internal teams in mitigating compliance risks and optimizing financial returns.
What will you be doing?
• Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for the procurement of materials, services, and partnerships, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, legal, compliance and finance to ensure that all contractual agreements are accurate and reflect the company’s best interests.
• Contract Renewals and Amendments: Monitor contract expiration dates, renewals, amendments, and terminations, ensuring timely execution of renewals and amendments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and correspondence, ensuring proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Training and Support: Provide guidance to internal departments on contract processes, ensuring that all teams understand contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
• Reporting: generate reports to verify customers are meeting compliance and financial returns requirements when requesting additional equipment
• Interaction with the salesforce: when commitments from the customers are not met, engage with the salesforce to drive corrective action plans
Education:
High School or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the medical device or healthcare
industry.
Knowledge:
• IT savviness, Microsoft applications and web-based tools, SAP, Salesforce preferred
• Experience in contracts/legal
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Pay Range: $22-26/hr based on experience
