Duties:
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of projects related to Health Care Proivider (HCP) Engagements, in addition to identifying gaps and proposing new processes and tools for improvement
  • Support Therapeutic Area Manager with recurring daily adminstrative tasks
  • Act as an additional point of contact for all activities involving HCPs within the specific therapeutic area
  • Aid in consistent and compliant operations required for all Speaker engagements including work pertaining to entire lifecycle of HCP Engagement
  • Support the execution of programming including ensuring complete and accurate closeout, attendee reconciliation, speaker remediation, insights gathering, etc.
  • Manage questions and concerns from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. Education:
  • Bachelors Degree
