Education Required:  Bachelors Degree

Years’ Experience Required: 2 Years

Will the contractor be working 40 hours a week? If not, weekly estimate? 40 hrs

Work Location: OHQ South


Core Day to Day Responsipilites:
Worker will be supporting the internal Contingent Labor Program (Consult, this is the team Sarah and I work with).  Staffing Industry or experience working with a Vendor Management System a plus, but not required.  Position will work with other Program Coordinators on team to:
  • Managing general team mailbox and answering team phone line (assisting managers, suppliers, and contractors, working closely with Coordinators for best process)
  • Day-to-day items with onsite suppliers (onboarding workers, approving work orders, approving new job requisitions, approving work order modifications)
  • Working with HR leadership and supplier leadership with open issues and/or Employee Relations, Legal, Finance, etc.
  • Running audits – sending colleagues and managers items that need to be reviewed (proficient in excel)
  • Timesheet management – confirming hours are uploaded from Kronos to VNDLY VMS system, following up with onsite suppliers on issues from timesheets or uploads
  • Assisting analysts with open issues
Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education. Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience .?
