The US Distribution Project Manager role will be pivotal, hands-on, in the execution of a bespoke US Distribution related project. The position will require a working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and templates with a focus on effective tracking and reporting of project management information. The ideal candidate will have experience in new 3PL (Third Party Logistics) / Distribution Center implentation and operational roll out.
The role will be responsible for risk management, benefits & value management, and as appropriate resolves or escalates identified risks and issues. Additionally, the Project Manager will ensure that all project teams adopt quality and compliance standards, policies, and procedures, and supports project assurance activities.
The overall expectation is that the Project Manager will drive through action the project organization, implementation, through task prioritization and action in order to achieve the successful launch of the secondary source, GDP compliant, 3PL vendor.
