SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing project management support on the other business areas, such as: non-clinical. The individual will maintain accurate and detailed project schedules and support risk management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with cross functional clinical team to maintain day-to-day accurate and detailed clinical project timeline.
• Identify critical path activities. Build scenarios to close gaps and ensure clinical project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Support risk management. Identify bottlenecks / gaps and provide suggestions to mitigate risks.
• Assist (may facilitate) clinical project planning meeting.
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness of project activities.
• Apply project management best practices: initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing of projects to clinical projects. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS degree in sciences
• 5 years working in biopharmaceutical industry. PMP or equivalent certification is desired.
• Minimum 4  years of experience in project management, clinical planning, or clinical operations
• Previous experience with oncology trial strongly preferred
• Experience in managing cross functional team
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation
• Experience in working directly at sponsor companies
• Ability to work independently (with minimal supervision) in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge of GXP requirements for pharma / biotech industry
• Oncology drug development
• Regulatory environment
• Process, procedures, and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Smartsheet
• Communicate effectively in English, both oral and written
• Detail oriented with meticulous follow through and organization
• Able to maintain composure, adapt, and be self-aware.
• Natural leader with ability to influence and persuade

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimal travel
