Job description:
The project manager will be responsible for overseeing complex, cross-functional discovery research projects in the pharmaceutical industry. They will ensure that meetings, timelines, and goals are met, while fostering collaboration and understanding the challenges of pharmaceutical discovery research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, scientific research, or pharmaceuticals, with experience managing complex projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. They should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a foundational scientific or technical domain expertise in biology, chemistry, or a related field. Certifications in project management and a deeper understanding of research initiatives through a master's or Ph.D. would be advantageous. This role is an individual contributor position that requires working cross-functionally.
